INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY

Ready For A Change

I offer both 50-minute and 90-minute individual therapy sessions. Though you and I work as a team-you are the expert on you. Based on the information you provide in your intake session, we will use these sessions to work towards your desired goals. You will acquire a variety of tools to put in your "toolbox" to help you get to where you are going.

My philosophy on therapy is that it is not "forever." Rather, we work together until you feel confident hat you have reached your stated goals. However, I do believe that booster sessions are a normal and, at times, needed part of treatment.

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

Insomnia, Blood Pressure, Smoking Cessation, and Weight Loss

  • Is it hard for you to sleep at night and don't want to add another medication to the list?

  • Do you struggled with high blood pressure? Feeling very "stressed out" by life?

  • Are you sick and tired of everyone telling you to quit smoking but you don't know how? Have you have tried before but it doesn't seem to work?

  • Do you want to lose weight but think it's impossible? Don't even know where to begin?

If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, it might be time to seek professional help. With our 6-8 session packages, this might be your time to make it happen. With professional help, you can make a change.

FIRST TIME IN THERAPY

What Should I Expect?

The first appointment will be an evaluation to determine what brings you in for services and how I can be helpful to you.

Your initial appointment will likely last 90 minutes and include pre-session paperwork.  After completion of the paperwork, the remainder of the time will be spent in session, face-to-face. During this time, we will determine if we are the right fit for one another and exactly how your unique journey will look.

By the end of your intake session, we will both have an idea of what therapy will look like together, what your goals are, and how we are going to get you there.
